Ingredients
- 12 cups Chicken Broth made from Better than Bouillon broth base
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 16oz Egg Noodles
- 2 Celery sticks
- 2 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
Instructions
- Add base both and water in pot. Bring to boil.
- Add noodles to broth once boiling.
- In separate pan cut up onions, carrots and celery and sautéed them in butter until soft.
- In cast iron pan cut up chicken breast into small pieces and cooked them in half butter/half olive oil. Probably 1 tablespoons each.
- Once cooked through put the vegetables and chicken in the broth/noodle pan when the noodles are done
Very simple! You can do the same with the beef Better than Bouillon. Cut up steak and do potatoes instead of noodles or do both potatoes and noodles (get wide egg noodles)
