Hoisin Glazed Pork Chops with Teriyaki Lentils
Ingredients
Hoisin Glaze Pork Chops
Teriyaki Lentils
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 Green Onion, chopped, separate whites and greens
Directions
- Mix Hoisin Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Chili Oil, Ginger, and Garlic to a bowl to make the glaze
- Add Pork Chops to the glaze, let sit for at least 30 minutes
- While pork chops soak, heat a wok or pot with oil until hot, add garlic and green onion whites until aromatic
- Add teriyaki sauce and vinegar to wok/pot with garlic and onion, mix
- Add lentils and water, bring to boil, then reduce to simmer and cover and let cook for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, mix the spinach to the lentils, and cover and let cook for another 5-10 minutes
- While lentils cook, heat up a skillet with oil until hot
- Add pork chops to skillet and baste with remaining glaze as the pork chops cook
- Plate the pork chops and lentils, garnish with remaining green onion greens
